WHY WE DO THE THINGS WE DO...
1. Personal contact for planning travel is essential. For complicated itineraries and special trips such as honeymoons and family get-togethers, we prefer to meet you in person. However, we do have clients all over the country and for this, phone and email are invaluable.
2. We have chosen preferred travel suppliers for your financial protection. These companies offer a high quality of service and attention, and have the respect of the various vendors they use for your travel arrangements.
3. Life happens, and sometimes things change or go wrong during your travels. We understand this. We take your travel arrangements very seriously and are here to make sure all your travel needs are cared for from start to finish. Our chosen suppliers will assist you as best as possible in the rare occasion we cannot be reached.
4. We embrace technology, but hold true to traditional customer services. Being available is very important to us, but we have no voice mail. Perhaps this is old fashioned, but if we are in the office we answer the phone. Email is also a great way to contact us.

Kay Bell is still active, but semi-retired
Daughter Marilyn returned from the Peace Corps in 1968 to "help out" and now manages the business.
Janie Gregory grew up in Willow Glen and loves cruises, Hawaii, Mexico, and Italy among other destinations.
We are a small business, but more often that not, we've been there!
